BIOGRAPHY.
Christian's career began in the NHS. He transitioned to the fast-paced realm of Contractor Recruitment in 1998. Starting in 2005, he began collaborating closely with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations based in the UK, Asia, and Central Europe.
In 2017, driven by a passion for offshore BPO, he embarked on an extensive exploration to research and develop a unique offshore business outsourcing idea. Christian traveled across the Far-East, Asia, and South America, delving deep into the BPO industry. He studied competitors, grasped diverse cultures, inspected infrastructures, navigated legal systems, and learned about varied accounting and finance practices. This thorough research served as the solid foundation for the creation of BoS.
Christian relocated to India and Pakistan to establish the two offshore centers. Spending two years in these regions, alongside members of the current leadership team, he ensured that BoS's core values and principles were deeply ingrained and embraced by all staff.
Under his guidance and thanks to his vast experience, the BoS Outsourcing Conglomerate has flourished, becoming a trusted provider of offshore outsourcing services across six key areas: administration and compliance, customer services, finance and accounting, information technology, marketing and advertising, and recruitment.
With over 25 years of combined experience and a proven track record in both establishing businesses and leading them to merger, acquisition, and exit positions, Christian has emerged as a recognized leader in his fields.
Outside the professional sphere, Christian's passion for exploration remains unabated. With the continued growth and expansion of BoS on the horizon, it seems his personal and professional journeys have harmoniously intertwined.
