BIOGRAPHY.
Christian started his career in the NHS before moving into the fast-paced world of contractor recruitment in 1998. By 2005, he was working closely with RPO and BPO firms across the UK, Asia, and Central Europe, gaining deep industry insight and hands-on experience in outsourcing and workforce solutions.
In 2018, Christian set out to build something different in offshore RPO and BPO. He traveled across the Far East and Asia, studying the industry firsthand—how competitors operated, the cultural differences, the legal and financial frameworks, and the infrastructure that made it all work. That deep dive laid the groundwork for BoS, built on real insight, not guesswork.
Christian moved to India and Pakistan to set up BoS’s offshore centers, spending two years on the ground with the current leadership team. He made sure the company’s core values and principles weren’t just policies—they became part of the culture, embraced by every member of the team.
Under Christian’s leadership and relentless work ethic, BoS Outsourcing has grown into a trusted partner for offshore services across six key areas: administration and compliance, customer service, finance and accounting, IT, marketing and advertising, and recruitment.
With over 25 years of experience and a solid track record in building businesses, Christian has established himself as a leader in offshore outsourcing and workforce solutions.
Outside of work, Christian’s drive for exploration hasn’t slowed down. As BoS continues to grow and expand, his personal and professional journeys have become one and the same.
