BIOGRAPHY.

Engin's career in the silk screen industry began in 1991. Recognizing his talents, he was recruited to co-found Flying Colours Textiles Limited in 1993. Demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen, in 2005 he acquired 50% of the shares from one of the initial shareholders and, in 2016, secured the remaining shares from the other shareholder. Under his leadership, Flying Colours has thrived and continues to do so.

With over three decades of experience in silk screen, Engin has collaborated with organizations across various sectors, including licensed music merchandise, corporate, and brand licensing. His robust partnerships with agencies have allowed Flying Colours to significantly contribute to the creation of tour t-shirts for globally renowned bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, Guns 'N' Roses, and Bloodstock. Furthermore, Engin's portfolio includes influential talents in the music industry like Ed Sheeran, Tupac, Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, U2, Morrissey, Simply Red, Coldplay, MUSE, and Travis Scott.

Engin first discovered the BoS Outsourcing Conglomerate in 2018. Intrigued by its potential and seeing an opportunity for strategic collaboration, he made a Series A investment offer in 2020, which was promptly accepted. Following this, he traveled to Pakistan with members of the BoS executive team to assess various aspects like talent, economic environment, language and culture, logistics, regulations, law, and infrastructure. Pakistan passed with flying colors, leading to BoS's expansion of its outsourcing operations into the country and the launch of its second offshore center.

This venture highlighted Engin's commitment to seizing new opportunities, reinforcing his reputation as an emerging entrepreneur. As Managing Partner, Engin leverages his extensive silk screen network to introduce BoS and assist customers in streamlining their operations, achieving cost savings, and ensuring success.
